No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, please contact us and ensure to include your order information.

**We are not responsible for return shipping costs except if you have received the incorrect part**

- All returns must include a copy of your invoice or your refund cannot be processed.

- If you have received an incorrect item in your ordered please email us with the part number on the part you were supposed to receive and the part number from the part you have received. Please also include the full name of the person the purchase was made under.

- All shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibilities of the customer. Any shipping promos such as free and/or discounted shipping will not apply to returns or exchanges.

- We are not responsible for any return packages that get lost or damaged during shipment.

- All decals/stickers
- Any item that has been or has attempted to install
- Any item without the original packaging, manual, instructions, and/or documentation
- Any clothing item that has been worn
- Any clothing item without the original tags
- All closeout items
